Personnel Selection are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to work for one of their well-respected and award winning clients, for 3 days (20 hours) a week from their Dubai offices. 

The role is permanent and offers a competetive salary, excellent range of benefits plus housing allowance AED 30,000 + 5% of earned salary retention bonus. 

In order to be considered for this role, you must be proficient in both English and Arabic, have office admin experience and an understanding of UAE employment laws and processes.

  • Understanding of UAE right to work applications and renewals processes.
  • Able to optimally and expertly communicate both verbally and in written English and Arabic

The office Administrator will provide administrative and marketing support to all staff based in the Middle East. They will also act in an advisory position within the organization for legal compliance matters within the Middle East such as rights to work.

  • Handling AXS Government Portal for; new employee or renewal Visa’s applications, non-sponsored ID Card applications, commercial license renewals, Establishment card renewals, Salary letter requests, PO box renewal and top up requests, Submitting monthly transactions.
  • Provide assistance in organisation of local conferences
  • Act as the Marketing interface facilitating Distributor access to up to date materials
  • Stock and logistic coordination
