Morgan McKinley is looking for a part time administrator to join a successful team in an office based in the Reigate area. The role is fully office based, so lots of socialising with your colleagues! You will be supporting two area managers with ad hoc administrative tasks, so building and maintaining relationships should be your second nature.

Please note that it is essential that you have worked in a services industry i.e. building, engineering, plumbing etc.

Job Title - Administrator

Length - Permanent / Part time OFFICE BASED

Hours: 20 hours a week/ Monday - Friday

Salary -up to £13,5000 pa (£25k full time equivalent)

Location - Reigate area

DESCRIPTION:

Administrator duties:

  • Booking appointment using multiple diaries
  • Producing quotations and work sheets
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via an email
  • Processing customer payments
  • Raising invoices

The ideal Administrator will have/ be:

  • Previous administrative experience in a services industry
  • High attention to detail
  • Great written and communication skills
  • Team player
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within the above duties
