Part-Time Office Administrator

**Location:** Salford, Manchester

**Hours:** 16 hours per week

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team in Salford, Manchester. The role

involves a combination of general administrative duties, handling telephone calls, and overseeing

company vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.

- Manage company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, tracking usage, and

ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in an administrative role.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Knowledge of basic office equipment.

- Valid driver's license preferred.
