Your new role
This is a new temporary part-time administrator job working 26 hours per week, offering an immediate start and working through until the end of May. You will be working as part of a small admin team and duties will include but not limited to:

  • Maintain customer communication
  • Reporting on stock
  • Updating customers with lead times for their deliveries
  • Preparing quotes
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Receiving goods in, and updating the CRM system
  • General office administration duties

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will require great IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, have the ability to manage your own workloads and work as part of a very small team. Together with having a strong focus on organisation skills, be a keen problem solver, you will need the ability to think on your feet as well as having a wide breadth of administration experience.


What you'll get in return

  • Hourly rate of £12.50 + holiday
  • An immediate start
  • Duration of temporary assignment until end of May 2024
  • 26 hours per week (working Monday to Thursday)
  • 100% office based with on-site parking
