Part-Time Accounts Assistant

Our excellent client, who are global market leaders in their field, are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly team in Ross-on-Wye on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

- Handling banking communications with HSBC and Group Treasury.

- Conducting financial accounts reconciliations and accounting tasks.

- Deal with general accounts enquiries.

- Providing support during audits, including year-end, interim, statutory, and HMRC audits.

- Completing year-end reporting requirements.

- Participating in project-related tasks.

- Help manage donation/sponsorship requests and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Finance administration.

- Any other ad-hoc duties to support the small team.

Key Attributes

- Previous finance/accounts experience

-Computer literate

-Attention to detail

- Team player

Hours:14h per week. Flexibility in days and start/finish times.
