Job Title: Academy Physiotherapist (Part-time)

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Hourly Rate: £18-£20 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

Hours: Zero-hours (predominantly working weekends and evenings). There is the expectation to work 2 shifts a month.

Job Type: Casual, hourly paid

Are you looking to further develop your physiotherapy career within an elite sporting environment

We are recruiting for a pool of casual physiotherapists to support our medical team with match day cover and training sessions in our boy's academy. The role will include assessing acute injuries pitch side and providing a management plan to the coaches and report all injuries, outcome measures and treatment plans. You will ensure the management of injuries effectively meets its commitments to the players, coaches and senior management through clinical audit and accurate documentation.

Your physiotherapy background

We are looking for people who are dedicated to the wellbeing of elite young professional footballers and can develop, implement and evaluate physiotherapy programmes. You will highly motivated, reliable and proactive individual with a flexible approach to working hours as the hours will be predominantly evenings and weekends.

It is essential that you must hold the following qualifications:

- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy

- Membership with the Society of Physiotherapy

- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

- A valid and up to date ITMMiF or equivalent
