Part 2 Architectural technician

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: £26000-£29000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a passionate and detail orientated Part 2 Architectural Assistant with creative design flare to join a friendly, RIBA chartered practice in Bedfordshire. The practice prides itself on delivering client-led designs across Residential, Commercial, Education and Community projects. The practice cares for the local community and wants to create a positive work-life balance for all employees.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have sufficient UK based post qualification experience and should have excellent technical skills. You will have a portfolio full of exceptional designs and will be confident using industry standard software.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
  • Sufficient post qualification experience is required
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
  • Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Great technical abilities
  • Proficient using industry standard software
