Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: York

Salary: £27-29,000 dependant on experience

I am pleased to be supporting a long-standing client of mine in several new appointments for their team based in York. The practice was founded over 30 years ago and work across the Residential, Commercial, Heritage and Private Housing sectors.

The ideal candidate will already have post Part 2 experience and boast strong design flare. Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe and Sketchup skills would be preferable as these are the main software's used within the practice, however, training could be provided.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified and ideally post Part 2 experience.
  • Relevant project experience to those listed above.
  • Good software sills including Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe and Sketchup.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Able to complete work to a high standard within the given time frames.
  • Excellent design and technical capabilities shown throughout your supporting portfolio.
  • Living locally to York and ideally your own mode of transport.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Support the senior staff across relevant RIBA stages.
