Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Essex

Salary: £26000-£30000

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant with an eye for detail to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Essex. The friendly team has a diverse portfolio across the Residential, Education, Hospitality and Healthcare sectors and pride themselves on delivering high-quality, client focused solutions.

To be successful in this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role, you must have sufficient post Part 2 experience and have ideally worked within the planning sector. You should boast design flare and strong technical abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified with sufficient post qualification experience
  • Experience working in the planning sector is beneficial
  • Collaborate with the whole team during the development process
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Preparing and designing reviews, drawings, applications and presentations for clients
  • Understanding the unique needs of the client across individual projects and sectors
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • AutoCAD proficiency is necessary
