Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £26,000-£28,000

We are looking for a talented and passionate Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an innovative and dynamic team in Worthing. The practice provides a sustainable approach to architecture across a range of sectors, including residential, education, commercial and healthcare. The award-winning team has offices across the UK and pride themselves on delivering high quality solutions to all clients.

To be successful in this role, you should be RIBA Part 2 qualified and looking to gain invaluable experience whilst working on exciting projects across multiple sectors. You will boast creative design abilities alongside a proactive approach to problem solving.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Masters in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Several years of UK-based experience working on medium and large scale projects
  • Collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors to allow projects to run efficiently
  • Producing technical drawings and specifications
  • Developing design concepts and presentations alongside Senior team members
  • Conducting site visits and construction inspections
