Job Title:               Office Administrator - 24 Hours or 32 Hours per week

Location:               High Wycombe, HP11

Hours:                   Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday 8am-5pm and some Saturdays 

Salary:                   £11.44 per hour

 A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a local and growing business, working full time hours in the High Wycombe area.

Full training is given

Key duties will include:

Supporting incoming queries from customers, by phone or email

Responding to inquiries within the required SLA’s

Logging all correspondence on the internal system

Liaising with external colleagues and supporting the field-based team with arranging appointments

All other office admin as required

The successful candidate will:

Have demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced, customer focused environment Be dedicated, reliable and always committed to delivering an excellent service to customers Show excellent attention to detail Have strong communication skills

Easily accessible with public transport with both bus routes
