Job Description:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical administration skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career further in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Suitability report writing
• Assist Financial Planners with preparation for client meetings.
• Maintain compliant records.
• Work as part of the team to deliver the highest level of client service.
• Perform general office administration tasks as required and provide holiday cover.
• Maintain and update back-office systems and platforms.
• Research and analysis
• Attend client meetings

Skills and experience required:

• Previous Paraplanning experience
• Level 4 Diploma Qualified or on the way to being qualified
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Financial Planning products and regulations
• Ability to utilise Intelligent Office and FE Analytics
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Communication skills
