Paraplanner

Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Paraplanner to join a successful IFA business based in Stockport, Cheshire. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving well-established company. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Paraplanner will have previous experience in a technical Paraplanning role. Responsibilities include:

• Accurately prepare suitability reports and letters to target deadlines.
• Ensure all client work is compliant and supported with relevant paperwork.
• Undertake comparative research in preparation of client recommendations.
• Complete technical research as part of the existing arrangement review process.
• Understand clients overall financial position from IFA fact finds.
• Discuss client objectives with the relevant IFA, identifying and obtaining necessary client information to prepare the necessary suitability checks.
• Ensure all client queries are appropriately investigated and accurate responses given.
• Support with conducting annual reviews in line with SLAs.
• Working closely with the Financial Advisers.
• Providing support with preparation of new business reports and annual suitability review letters.

Person Specification

The successful Paraplanner will ideally have experience of Investments, Pensions, IHT Planning, . You will also have:

• Diploma Level 4 or working towards
• Good pensions and investments knowledge.
• Strong report writing ability.
• Ability to work well within a team.
