We are working with an Award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm nestled in the heart of Marlow, Buckinghamshire, and we are on the lookout for a dynamic addition to their Paraplanning team.

The salary range for a Qualified Paraplanner is up to £58,000 + Benefits and Hybrid working.

Responsibilities: 

  • As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting an Adviser, collaborating with the wider team to ensure our clients receive quality advice and support.
  • Conducting extensive research and providing technical assessments and reports
  • Creating lifetime cashflow models and comprehensive financial plans
  • Providing strong technical advice and guidance to Advisers
  • Engaging professionally with well-informed clients
  • Acting as a mentor for junior team members
  • Keeping up-to-date with market changes, compliance, and legislative considerations

Key Requirements:

  • Level 4 – CII Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent (Mandatory)
  • Highly Desirable: Advanced qualifications, Chartered Financial Planner, or working towards
  • experience in a similar role at an IFA / Wealth Management firm
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of Investment, Tax, Trust, and Pension products
