Are you an experienced p[professional in the Wealth Management profession looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients? A boutique IFA firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paraplanner to work alongside their Advisers and Support Manager.

The Salary Range for a Paraplanner at this IFA firm at this level is £32,000 - £40,000 and hybrid working is offered, 3 days in the office and 2 from home 

As a Paraplanner you will use your strong customer service ethos and attention to detail to provide knowledgeable and technical support to the Financial Advisers to ensure the appropriate end-to-end management of the client lifecycle

You will be a collaborative communicator, building relationships with clients whilst maintaining trust and inspiring confidence.

Responsibilities of the role include conducting research required to support advice from the Advisers, including all relevant analysis, technical product research, producing illustrations etc.

  • You will act as the key point of contact for clients; organising and dealing with correspondence via telephone, email or letter (as per client specification), as well as attending meetings with clients.
  • You will also work with the Advisers to ensure that client reports (suitability reports, annual review reports, meeting notes, portfolio report) are generated from Intelligent Office using the standard templates where appropriate, and producing/updating/writing more technical reports as required.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity:

  • You will have experience writing suitability reports and hold industry qualifications such as CISI Level 4, DipPP, J09, J10, CF1
  • You will have excellent administrative, research, report writing and communication skills, and be able to work in a structured, planned manner.
