Join a small Team of Financial Advisers: Providing Paraplanning and Administration support for a Senior Partner.

Salary on offer for this Paraplanner role is up to £50,000 with hybrid working 4 days in the office and 1 from home.

Are you ready to thrive in a dynamic administrative role? Look no further! We’re seeking a proactive Hybrid Paraplanning/Administrator (Technical PA) to join our clients Chartered Financial Planning Practice in Teddington, South West London. Their mission? To provide highly personalised financial planning services to a diverse range of individual clients.

Who You’ll Work For:

  • One of our Partners, a seasoned chartered financial planner with 35 years of experience.
  • What You’ll Do: As a key support to the Partner, you’ll handle everything related to client management:
  • Diary Management: Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and reviews.
  • Client Relations: Be their first point of contact, building strong relationships.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work with insurance companies, investment providers, and other third parties.
  • Precise Administration: Manage client documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality analytical assistance.
  • Onboarding: Process new client applications and paperwork accurately.
  • Reporting: Create basic suitability reports and prepare Client Annual Reviews.
  • Tax Year Planning: Assist with end-of-year planning using platform tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand Pensions, Investment, and Insurance Bonds specifications.
  • Financial Modeling: Create and update Cash Flow models (Voyant).
  • Performance Analysis: Undertake reviews using FE Analytics.
  • Business Development: Support marketing initiatives.

Your Skills:

  • Level 4 Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience writing suitability reports.
  • Professional Ethic
  • Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
