Our client is an expanding professional Financial Services firm with a wealth of experience in providing fully independent advice on pensions, investments, tax and wealth management for individuals and businesses. As a company they very much pride themselves in offering an expert and personal service for their clients.

Main Duties:

You will be working alongside another paraplanner and providing full paraplanning support to the the Director of the firm and the an experienced and extremely busy Chartered Financial Planner. Duties will include:

  • Conducting technical research
  • Compiling compliant and detailed Suitability Reports and Letters
  • Ensuring all client records are fully compliant and up to date
  • Annual client reviews alongside the Director and Chartered Financial Planner(s)

The Person:

You will have proven experience of Pensions and Investments gained from working within a similar role, preferably within an IFA or Wealth Management environment.

Diploma qualified (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential depending on experience.

You will be an excellent communicator both oral and written have strong telephone skills and strong systems and technical abilities including knowledge of Microsoft office software applications.

The ability to work on our own initiative and deal with general client enquiries in an efficient and organised manner is essential.
