Position: Paraplanner
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (2 days' per week working from home)
Minimum Requirements: Level 4 qualified; 1 year+ Paraplanning experience; Intelligent Office experience
Salary/package: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience) + annual bonus + 25 days' annual leave + pension + study support
YOUR NEW COMPANY
Our client is a well-established, award-winning boutique IFA firm based in Leatherhead, Surrey. The company has plans to grow over the next 3 months and has just started the search for a Paraplanner to join its expanding Administration team. The role can allow for 2 days per week working from home.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the firm’s Head of Advice and Managing Director, the Paraplanners’ key duties will include:
- Undertaking research to reach conclusions and recommendations for clients
- Preparation of suitability letters
- Involvement in the company’s research processes including platform due diligence
- Handling some client correspondence on behalf of the Financial Advisers
- Working alongside the Financial Advisers on advice strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates interested in the Paraplanner vacancy will have the following criteria:
- At least 1 years' experience as a Paraplanner (ideally from an IFA firm)
- Level 4 qualified
- Have Intelligent Office experience
- Live a commutable distance from Leatherhead
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the Paraplanner role is as follows:
- Up to £40,000 salary (depending on experience)
- 25 days' annual leave
- Annual bonus

- Up to 2 days per week WFH
- Pathway to become a Trainee Financial Adviser
