Job Title: Paraplanner

Location: Stockton - on - Tees

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience and level of qualification)

We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join a friendly team of financial professionals in Stockton. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by preparing financial reports, analysing client objectives, and delivering customised financial advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and analysing financial products and services to source well-informed recommendations for clients. Exposure to a wide range of pensions and retirement products, investments and protection.
  • In-depth analysis of clients' circumstances, portfolios, and objectives, culminating in tailored recommendation reports for Financial Advisers.
  • Preparation of comprehensive financial planning reports, suitability letters, and other written information for clients.
  • Providing essential technical support to Financial Advisers to maintain and enhance client relationships and deliver superior financial advice.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Attending meetings with clients to complete paperwork where required.
  • Identifying and actioning points from the meeting, recording on Intelliflo.
  • Building relationships with clients and being the point of contact via email and telephone.
  • Other ad hoc technical and administrative tasks to support the advisers and clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience within an equivalent role.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial planning and financial products and services.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
