Location: Hybrid role (1 day/week in Leeds office)

About the Role:

You will be at the forefront of creating comprehensive, well-researched suitability reports ensuring optimal outcomes for our customers.

Your Rewards:

• Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
• Bonus Scheme: Attractive 7.5% on-target bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and ensure Paraplanning cases comply with FCA and 2plan standards
• Collaborate with advisers for precise case information
• Provide advisory feedback and maintain high-quality standards in report compilation
• Efficiently handle whole market research and complex report generation
• Uphold compliance, accuracy, and excellence in all cases
• Contribute to continuous improvement through trend analysis and proactive identification

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a financial services Paraplanning role
• Qualification: Level 4 diploma qualified or nearly there
• Skills: Strong financial planning, organization, understanding of risk, multitasking, problem-solving, and excellent communication
