Just because you are happy doesn’t mean you can’t be happier.

Most people who read job adverts are not desperate for a new job. Paraplanners like you for example.

You're well looked after. Well thought of. Reasonably happy with your salary.

But that doesn’t mean that you can’t be better looked after. Challenged more. And paid more. You don’t always need to have a reason to click apply other than how good another company sounds.

The average new client at this business has more than £1m to invest. So cashflow modelling and the use of VCTs and EISs are par for the course. Want to up your technical game? This is the place to do it.

This is a business that values what you have to say. They want to hear your ideas, to challenge how things are done and to contribute to strategy. You're an expert in your area after all, so why wouldn't they lean on you?

Their management style as you'd expect is light touch. You're a motivated, conscientious person, so whilst there's great support you'll have their trust. Need help? Just ask. But you won't be micro-managed.

And as for money it's not the priority but of course it's important. Here you'll get a starting salary of up to £45,000 if you're level 4 qualified. But if you have Chartered status any salary can be as high as £60,000.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You'll be level 4 qualified and have 2+ years experience as a paraplanner.

The more technical skills you can evidence the better.

And you'll be a career paraplanner.
