We are working with a well-respected law firm who are located in Harrogate who are seeking to appoint a Paralegal to join a busy team. Supporting the senior legal team, as a Paralegal you will undertake a varied support role, giving you the exposure and experience to develop and progress your career. Key duties and responsibilities will involve;

  • Assisting with cases
  • Answering telephones
  • Attending meeting clients
  • Supporting in the overall efficient running of the team
  • To provide office administration skills including document management and general administration duties such as e-filing, physical filing, photocopying, scanning, court bundling and filing, large file transfers.
  • To work under supervision to assist in managing matters
  • Drafting correspondence and reports answering client queries
  • Attend hearings
  • Generate attendance notes at meetings
  • Drafting invoices

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team who have a clear vision for the company's future. The successful candidate will be;

  • A recent law graduate
  • Have at least 2 years administration experience
  • Be able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent MS Office packages including Outlook and Excel
  • Team player
  • Able to act confidentially
  • Driven
