Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its Frankfurt office on a permanent basis.

The firms Frankfurt office helps German and global clients with a broad range of matters. The team of internationally qualified and highly regarded lawyers have a wealth of transactional, finance, regulatory and dispute resolution experience and supports clients with business and legal interest in Germany, Europe and globally.

This is a sole Paralegal role, allowing for a great amount of responsibility, involving some of the following:

  • Assist with preparation of international filings to include initial drafts
  • Extensive footnote review, cite-checking and organisation of all supporting documents required for large briefs
  • Organise and maintain case documents, files, team databases and electronic data
  • Prepare document chronologies and summaries
  • Manage and organise large quantities of translations
  • Assist in preparation of the case for trial by drafting and preparing Pre-trial Orders, Form Instructions to the Jury, Conduct Jury Investigation, Prepare Witness and Exhibit Lists

To be considered, candidates must hold a law degree, be fluent in both German & English and ideally a few years prior paralegal experience gained from a similar law firm environment.

This role allows for hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home).
