We are currently recruiting for 2 paralegals to join the London office of a leading US law firm.

These roles will be offered on a rolling 6-month fixed-term contract basis and will be to support the Financial Services Regulatory Team.

These roles are a fantastic opportunity for ambitious paralegals to work closely with the FS Regulatory partners and associates, and typical duties will include:

  • Project management work (for advisory and transactional matters).
  • Coordinating with clients, local counsel and other parties involved in each matter.
  • Performing legal research tasks.
  • Preparing first drafts and coordinating the collection of regulatory filing materials.
  • Reporting on developments in the FS Regulatory team’s practice area.
  • Assisting the team with materials for marketing and pitches.
  • Attending practice group meetings and training sessions.
  • Taking ownership of matters and showing initiative in progressing the matters.

Suitable applicants will be available for 12-18+ months, have a strong academic background (having ideally completed the LPC/SQE) and will have some prior relatable paralegal experience gained from within a regulatory or related practice area.

A highly competitive salary is on offer, plus benefits and paid overtime. Hybrid working arrangements are also in place, with 3 days to be based in the office and 2 to be remote.
