Paralegal - Wills & Probate

An established and well respected firm in Derby is looking to expand their existing Wills & Probate Team with an accomplished Paralegal.

As Wills & Probate Paralegal you'll need to have the following:

• Experienced in Wills & Probate Matters as a Paralegal or Fee Earner
• Confident in establishing and building professional relationships with clients, colleagues and external contacts
• Highly organised and able to manage own work load
• Excellent communication skills
• High level understanding of Anti Money Laundering responsibilities and GDPR requirements
• Have a methodical approach with a high legal of attention to detail
• Ability to provide excellent levels of client care with a good level of empathy

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, forward thinking, positive and results focused professional with a high degree of credibility surrounding Wills and Probate Matters.

Within this Wills & Probate Paralegal position, you’ll also be:

• Managing a varied caseload of Wills & Probate matters from end to end
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote team working

Salary Information

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
