A Magic Circle Law firm are looking for a Paralegal & Document Review Manager who can manage the day to day operations of the firm’s Paralegals and Document Reviewers.

The role will involve managing and recruiting paralegals and document review lawyers across the firm's Practice Areas working alongside partners, associates, PSLs, Litigation Support managers, trainees and legal support teams.

The suitable candidate will undertake an element of fee earning work, especially at the initial sampling and planning phases and during more complex review exercises. The other important part of the role will be operations focussed, where you could be Identifying and implementing new and advanced technologies to increase efficiencies or analysis of key eDiscovery metrics to present to stakeholders.

The firm’s preference is for somebody that is a qualified Lawyer who has at least 6 months experience of managing Paralegals on a day to day basis.
