PARALEGAL (COMMERCIAL PROPERTY), 1+ YEARS PQE, SOMERSET, £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE), TOP 200 LAW FIRM - JOB REF: 5268.

OVERVIEW:

• You will be responsible for opening files, preparing and sending initial client engagement documentation, reviewing client ID documents, attend to clients on the phone and in person, accurately recording any messages and provide proactive administrative support.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to multi-task and a confident telephone manner
• Ideally you will have experience in a law firm environment providing legal support to fee earners.
• You will have excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft office, Outlook, and basic Excel functions.
