A highly rewarding role, the Paralegal will work within the Commercial Contracts team – covering Business agreements, disposals and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity investment, corporate governance, administration of sales and purchases, corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, IT licensing, support and maintenance agreements, terms and conditions, agency agreements and intellectual property agreements.
They are seeking a Paralegal professional with at least 1 years experience within a legal environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
