Paralegal Assistant

Harrow, Middlesex

£30,000 + Pension

If you are a conveyancing specialist then this position for Paralegal Assistant could be an excellent career move for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Working with a team of Solicitors/Conveyancers specialising in commercial property

- Assisting with managing the workflow for allocated fee earners

- Liaising with clients and other third parties to progress client cases

- Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry via online portal

- Producing and submitting SDLT forms to the HMRC electronically

- Preparing a wide range of correspondence and complex documentation
