Body Shop Panel Repair Technician Required

Package/ Benefits:

  • Salary dependent on experience £40k.
  • A monthly profit share bonus is paid with efficiency being met.
  • OT available with rates at x1.5 for first 4hrs and x1.25 for hours after 4.
  • Flexi start time
  • 24 days Holiday plus bank holidays, goes up with service, maxes at 28.

Job Role: As a Panel Technician you will be responsible for body work repair or replacement, including trim. Repairing damage in line with manufacturer guidelines. Stripping & assembling following all correct techniques/ procedures to the highest manufacturer standard.

Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Background of Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair role
  • Experience on Jig work
  • Fixtures and welding
  • ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable.
