Painter

We are looking for an experienced painter to undertake a variety of tasks, including external repaints, internal kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, and anti-mould treatments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the appearance and functionality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality painting work on both external and internal surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces.
• Conduct anti-mould treatments as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• CSCS card holder.
• Asbestos awareness.
• Manual handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence.
