Paint Team Leader

Job Role: Paint Team Leader
Location: Oldham
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum DOE

Metalis is working in partnership with a market leading supplier of bespoke prefabricated steel and mechanical products in Oldham who are looking to hire a Paint Team Leader on a permanent contract.

Job Duties:

• Driving production within the paint spraying department
• Instruct drivers on incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Organising the workforce and ensuring maximum efficiency
• Daily audits
• Assisting on the loading/unloading of the spray booth
• Ensuring housekeeping is maintained

Job Requirements:

• Must have previous team leader experience
• Ability to work within a high tolerance, fast-paced environment
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
• Happy with physical / labour intensive work
• Assertive working within a small team, leading by example and strength of character

Salary & Shift:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday
• Monday to Thursday, 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm
• £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum DOE
