Responsibilities:

Working mainly within the spray booth area the job involves the collection and preparation of components from stores in order to maximise spraying efficiency and coordinate and distribute sprayed parts to the appropriate areas.

Job Description:

• Retrieval and delivery of components.
• Degreasing of components using thinners and parts wash system.
• Masking up and preparation of components to required company standards.
• Maintenance of spray guns and associated equipment.
• Responsible for cleanliness of spray booth and changing of filters to provide suitable air flow.
• Observe correct use of all personal protection equipment.
• Forklift Truck driving as and when required if currently licenced and authorised to do so.
• Adherence to all HSE standards in accordance with Company procedures & processes. Reporting or resolving all HSE issues & concerns within area.
• Develop effective relationships with all internal & external stakeholders, customers & suppliers to ensure best outcome for the company.
• To adhere to and always apply all workplace management and rules consistently.
