Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Paid Media Manager for an entertainment and hospitality business based in Reading.
This company creates memorable and exciting events throughout the UK, working with large artists such as Dizzee Rascal and creating progressive music events.

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for managing budgets in excess of £250,000 and will work across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

If you have a solid 2-3 years of Paid Mediaexperience and you’re looking to move in-house to an exciting industry creating jaw-dropping music events then this is the role for you!

Qualifications & Requirements

• You should have 2-3 years of paid media experience.
• Comfortable bidding for paid ads on multiple social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
• Performance marketing experience is beneficial as the ability to use multiple marketing methods is looked on strongly.
• Strong ability to manage own time and workload in a vibrant and forward-thinking environment.
• Strong understanding of paid social strategy and the ability to explain the plans in line with the stated goals.
• Collaborative and results-driven working style.
