Forward Role are supporting a rapidly growing beauty brand as they look to hire their first ever Paid Social Manager and become an integral part of the team, and manage a Paid Social Executive. We’re looking to speak to creative and results-driven individuals to take charge of developing, activating, and managing multi-platform paid social plans that drive both commercial performance and brand growth.

Your day to day will look like:

• Develop, activate and strategize multi-platform paid social plans to drive commercial performance and brand growth.
• Report performance versus targets and drive continuous strategy changes to optimize results.
• Collaborate with outreach team to optimize the recruitment of influencer assets and repurpose paid social content.
• Provide continuous suggestions for campaign optimizations to meet agreed ROI targets.
• Work closely with our in-house design team to deliver best-in-class assets.
• Collaborate effectively with wider marketing teams to ensure paid social plans are delivered impactfully.

Your skills & background:

• 3+ years' experience within paid social media.
• Competency in Facebook Business Manager & TikTok Ads Manager.
• Passionate beauty enthusiast.
• Advanced Excel skills.
