Role Overview:

As Paid Social Manager, you will be looking to drive impactful and innovative paid social campaigns for a selection of key, large clients. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights, developing and maintaining strategy, staying ahead of industry trends, and leading a team of talented individuals to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Take ownership of key client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance to exceed expectations.

Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored to each client's goals, leveraging audience targeting, ad creative optimisation, and budget management to drive maximum ROI.

Team Leadership: Mentor and oversee a small team of paid social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality campaign execution and continuous professional growth.

Performance Analysis: Utilise data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and drive results.

Innovation and Collaboration: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Service development: Support in suggesting and developing new ways of working to progress the efficiency and quality we’re able to deliver as Paid Social specialist.

About you – Job requirements

Expertise in Paid Social Media Advertising with an understanding of paid social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful advertising campaigns.

Strategic Thinking will be crucial with the ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and industry trends.

Data Analysis and proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms to track campaign performance, analyse metrics, and derive actionable insights for optimisation.

Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and mentoring a team of paid social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver exceptional customer service and results.
