Job Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Global Digital , the Paid Media & Partnerships Manager will be pivotal in developing and executing global paid media campaigns across various digital channels. Additionally, you'll establish strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions, playing a crucial role in optimizing paid media investments and leveraging partnership opportunities to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital channels.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Media Buying & Optimization: Identify and negotiate media buying opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
  • Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with relevant brands and platforms to expand brand reach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Agency Management: Oversee third-party PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate agencies.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and promotional assets.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics for paid media campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage paid media budgets and allocations to maximize ROI.

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in paid media management and digital advertising in the beauty industry or a similar industry environment.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
