Role Overview: As a Paid Media Manager at [Independent Agency Name], you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging.
  • Create and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously enhance campaign performance and innovation.
  • Produce regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and ROI to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, preferably in an agency setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate campaign strategies and performance to clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
