We are currently seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Account Director for an agency's prestigious client. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of these accounts, overseeing all paid digital channels and playing a crucial role within the agency.

As the Paid Media Account Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering outstanding campaigns across various paid channels. You will act as the main point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their objectives and KPIs are met and exceeded. Your strategic understanding of the clients' businesses and the industry's latest trends will be instrumental in driving exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee your team's output, both client-facing and operational, ensuring adherence to controls and best practices in paid media campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry news, trends, and opportunities to enhance campaign activities.
  • Develop innovative and forward-thinking paid media strategies aligned with the clients' objectives and KPIs.
  • Provide clear rationale for proposed campaign tactics, including channels, budget allocation, audience targeting, and formats, and present these ideas to the clients.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, presenting results to clients and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify testing and innovation opportunities in the paid space and turn them into actionable initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders and communicate effectively with them.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the clients' industry and competitive landscape to create effective solutions.
  • Provide excellent client service, addressing all client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on industry trends and developments that impact client businesses.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize workloads for more junior team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and its strategic application.
  • Proven experience in project management, leadership, stakeholder management, and people management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and web queries.
  • In-depth understanding of search campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with best practices in planning, media research tools, analytical methods, and key performance media channels.
  • Knowledge of paid social platforms and their role within the performance and digital ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of best practices within social and key tracking solutions.
