Adecco Harlow is thrilled to announce the recruitment of a Packing Operative for a highly esteemed client located in Enfield.

• Enfield
• £12.50 per hour - weekly pay
• Temporary ongoing work
• 7am - 4pm shift, Monday - Friday

As a Packing Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed efficiently and accurately according to company standards. You will work closely within the production team to package goods for shipment in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of quality control throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately recording packed products and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding packing, safety, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and address any concerns or challenges.
