Packer / Production Operative

Tranquil Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Packer / Production Operatives to join our client in the Peterlee area. You will be responsible for assisting in various production tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of their production processes.

Monday to Friday, must be able to work a 2 shift pattern days and nights. 6am-3pm / 6pm-6am

Duties:
- Perform production line tasks, including but not limited to, packaging, labelling, and quality control.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders or instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
