As Personal Assistant you will provide valuable and effective support to the Regional Director and Director of Project Management to enable them to deliver on key projects and drive the business to achieve its strategic goals. Occasionally travel may be required to other offices from time to time.
To be considered for the position of Personal Assistant:
- Experience as a Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant in an office environment essential supporting at Director level is essential.
- Confident management workload and prioritising.
- Flexible approach to working.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Software.
- Supporting the Managing Director and Director of Project Management with leading the business and day-to-day management routines.
- Working closely alongside the Office Manager.
- Organising communications internally and externally to ensure a consistent message is delivered at all times.
- Manage team development review meetings.
- Attend key meetings to take actions, ensuring they are progressed in a timely manner.
- Undertake administrative tasks, including diary management, scheduling of internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and expense management.
- Keeping databases and budget and costs trackers updated
- Processing expense / mileage claims using online expenses management system.
- Managing professional subscriptions.
- Setting up and maintenance of Microsoft Teams for specific collaboration projects, and facilitating document sharing with external companies via One Drive and Teams
- Assisting with IT queries and troubleshooting for the Team, including use of standard Office 365 apps
- Salary of £34-36k
