The role is London based and offers hybrid working.

Description

  • Provide full administrative support to senior team members.
  • Manage the diary and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
  • Organise and manage events as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain an efficient and organised filing system.

Profile

A successful PA should have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
