Role Overview:

As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Managing data, filing, and organizing office processes.

• Booking travel, visas, and accommodation for managers.

• Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests

• Corresponding on behalf of the manager via email, faxes, and post.

• Organising and maintaining diaries.

• Making appointments.

• Organizing and attending meetings.

• Ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good organizational skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficiency in data management.

• Discretion and confidentiality.

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

• Familiarity with first aid and moving/handling techniques.
