Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 working from home

A trading and investment company based near St Paul's is seeking a Team Assistant on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to support the Chief Exec of the London office on a PA basis and carry out administrative tasks to the wider HR department. Some of the duties involved include:

  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Organising business and personal trips, inside and outside of UK
  • Managing budgets and accounts
  • Processing and recording all expenses
  • Organising lunches, dinners, parties and receptions
  • Supporting HR team on/with entertainment
  • Booking restaurants and other venues

The ideal Team Assistant will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven PA experience
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Experience working/worked in a 'large' business model
  • Experience working in a demanding and fast-paced role/environment
  • Strong administration skills including excellent time management and organisation
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
