Hybrid PA - London W1, hybrid/flexible

Experienced Property PA / EA / Administrator needed to support the Director of an expanding prime Property Company in Mayfair. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations whilst providing administrative support across the business. A love for property is essential!

This role is split between working from home 2-3 days per week and the office in Mayfair.

Responsibilities of the PA:

  • Assist in daily office operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling general inquiries.
  • Coordinate and sch edule appointments, meetings, and property viewings with both vendors and buyers.
  • Ensure required documents have been provided by buyers/ vendors.
  • Prepare and update property listings/brochures.
  • Upload property listings across digital platforms/property portals.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Creating and sending out terms of business.
  • Assist in the coordination of events and promotional activities.

The ideal PA will have:

  • Proven experience as an EA / PA / Administrator within a Property company / Estate Agency
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
