PA to the Chair and CEO

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a PA to the Chair and CEO.

As the PA you will provide an Executive Assistant service to the Chief Executive and secretarial support to the Chair, ensuring their offices are managed in the most efficient manner. You will also Lead projects and events led or hosted by the office of the Chief Executive and Chair

Duties as the PA -

- Maintain the Chief Executive and Chair's diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and planning travel/accommodation between venues and meetings.
- Ensure that the Chief Executive and Chair's daily correspondence, (post, e-mail or voice mail box) is dealt with promptly.
- Draft correspondence as necessary on behalf of the Chief Executive and Chair for approval and distribution.
- Assume responsibility for replying to routine correspondence,
- Prepare information and support documentation for all the Chief Executive and Chair's meetings.
- Establish and maintain an effective paper and electronic filing system for the Chief Executive and Chair's offices.
- Collate and submit expense claims on behalf of the Chief Executive and Chair

In return you will be offered hybrid working where you will be required to work 3 days in the office based in Loughborough. You will receive a salary of up to £35,000.
