We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant on behalf of a key client based in Burgess Hill this is to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient operation of the executive’s daily activities.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage and organise the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Handle incoming emails, calls, and post; responding when appropriate.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

File and retrieve documents and reference materials.

Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.

Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.

Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.

Liaise with internal staff at all levels and with external clients and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.

Proficient in MS Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.

Strong attention to detail.
