The Music Market / Arts and Media’s temp desk is seeking PA temp workers to be put forward for roles within the music industry.


Key responsibilities may include:

  • Performing extensive diary management.
  • Screening all incoming calls.
  • Screening post and emails where appropriate.
  • Creating presentations where required.
  • Preparing for meetings, creating briefing notes as required.
  • Arranging business travel and preparing itineraries.
  • Organising personal arrangements if required.
  • Managing contacts and keeping a pace of changes of personnel.
  • Managing all administrative duties such as filing etc.
  • Processing invoices and expenses.
  • Liaising with people across the business and externally.
  • Ordering tickets for concerts/events.
  • Organising tables for award ceremonies and guestlists.
  • Executing ad hoc duties and other reasonable activities as requested.

Requirements:

  • Substantial PA experience ideally within the music/media/entertainment industries.
  • Experience working within and knowledge of the music industry desirable.
  • Meticulous organisational skills.
  • Tactful and highly discreet with proven understanding of confidentiality.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Confident working independently.
  • Willing to travel and driving licence desirable.
