My client is seeking an efficient and organised PA/Office Manager to support the CEO and oversee the facilities. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach. No day-to-day is the same! This opportunity is extremely unique and rare, with a small boutique firm who truly cares about the growth of their colleagues. This role allows you to take it as your own, with vast appetite to implement new processes.

They need their new PA/Office Manager to be the absolute go-to person of all elements that affect the members in the company.

Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist the CEO with basic PA duties such as diary management, travel etc.
  • Maintain office efficiency by organising office operations and procedures
  • Support the team in Secretarial & Business Support tasks
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists and organise office layout
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • 4 days in the office, in Mayfair

Profile

A successful PA/Office Manager should have:

  • A solid understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An ability to prioritise tasks
  • A friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
